The death rate remains shockingly high despite the availability of antiretroviral drugs, used by more than 15 million people around the world. This film, shot mostly in Homa Bay, western Kenya, examines the challenges facing people with HIV/AIDS, why so many patients are still dying, and what can be done to help them.
