Darlyn Rodríguez Hayes, Esq., the daughter of refugees and first-generation Cuban-American, has worked as a senior corporate counsel with Microsoft Corporation for over a decade. Prior to her current role, Darlyn was an attorney at the New York offices of Latham & Watkins LLP, corporate counsel at Amazon, and an IT consultant at American Management Systems designing and implementing IT solutions at embassies abroad for the US Department of State. Throughout her career, Darlyn has provided pro-bono legal representation and translation assistance to unaccompanied immigrant and refugee children to ensure that no child appears in court without an attorney when seeking asylum. She has also volunteered preparing detained migrants for their credible fear interviews. Darlyn holds an undergraduate degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Dartmouth College and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
